Nature Scapes
I am truly inspired by the natural beauty that
surrounds my city. I hunt for potential compositions
with my camera, seeking the basis of a painting.
Usually, my pieces have one main natural element of
focus. And colour – there is usually an
emphasis on a particular colour as well.
Sometimes the piece is straight acrylic on canvas, and sometimes
I use additional materials to make a mixed media
piece. Materials such as paper,
aluminum, pieces of mirror, or plastic can show up in these scenes from nature.
Unless otherwise stated, all pieces are on
stretched canvas. All prices listed are before taxes.
